Like many of us, I was taught to knit by my grandmothers at an early age but it never seemed to stick. Recently, during a particularly rough time at university, I rediscovered the joy of knitting. Now I am completely obsessed with all things knitting, crochet and fibre related, and am rarely seen without my needles or hook. I just love the joy you get from making and creating with your own two hands, the wonder of natural fibres, and the amazing feeling of wearing something handmade. I wanted to be able to share this passion with others, and so Littlest Pip Knits was born.

I create all the items in the shop with my own two hands, right here in our home in Christchurch. I tend to focus on natural fibres such as wool and cotton, and try my best to buy my supplies locally as possible.
