Hat has some stretch and available in sizes:

0-3months - measures approximately 12cm top to bottom (excluding ties) and 13cm across, lying flat.

3-8months - measures approximately 15cm top to bottom (excluding ties) and 15cm across, lying flat.

8-18months - measures approximately 17cm top to bottom (excluding ties) and 16cm across, lying flat.

100% pure undyed NZ wool, grown and processed in Canterbury.

For best care I recommend hand-washing handmade items in lukewarm water and drying flat in shade.
